A serious night of lovely Jazzy beats and just plain old Jazz spun all night by Mixmaster Massey and DJ Theory. The archived stream is split into two parts with the second being only the last half hour or so of the night. The first part has the second hour of Mixmaster Massey's opening set and all two hours of DJ Theory's set. Throughout is spoken word and poetry from Jazz Poet and the Mayor of Jazz Tonic, AK Toney. The evening was filled with lovely music and some lovely vibes with one of the warmest Wednesdays temperature wise in LA on record.

On this night "Openers became Headliners". Both Dj's Softcore and Ghostlyon have played at least a couple opening sets at Jazz Tonic in the past and their sets each time have been fantastic! Instead of opening Jazz Tonic both of these cats carried the entire night with a couple sets from Ghostlyon and a wonderful primetime session by Softcore.

In early October "Vibes And Stuff Radio" invaded Jazz Tonic and brought with them some fun, groovy and often sexy Jazzy cuts! DJ's Concise, Idea and Enzo are represented in the following archived Ustream vids from the night. Also not quite as visible but definately worth the mention was art and photos projected by VNS's own Photographer Illafresh! Beautiful night with some lovely vibes!
